I came in to inquire about whether anything could be done about the fogged headlights on my 2010 Prius. The scheduling department put me in touch with the head detail person immediately who inspected the headlights and said he could easily make them look like new and could do it right now, which was great. The work was completed very quickly and they contacted me that it was done. When I looked at the vehicle, I would have sworn they had put new headlight covers on. Great job and great service!
Didnt do a great inspection, ended up needing a tire replacement because didn't mention of alignment.
Everyone was very kind and professional. They did a very good job on the service and cleaning.

Service and parts at MC, FT Morgan are great! However the director of sales or store manager would rather climb a tree than tell you the truth. Very unlikely I will ever buy from them as long as Richard is there. Nor would I ever recommend it. He has no issue feeding you a line of xx.

Terrible. The dealership keeps spamming me with emails, including this incessant request for a review on a purchase I literally never made with them. How is that even possible? I have tried reaching them countless times and I get no response, just more and more SPAM. It's ridiculous. Maybe this will catch their attention.
While overall I would recommend this dealership, our experience with this purchase was rushed as I reflect on the purchase. It was the last day of the November sale event, and they were pushing to get the deal done. Since the purchase, there have been numerous miscommunications and paperwork either incomplete or incorrect. We will probably buy from this dealership again; however, this experience was not the best.

Asked for a transmission DRAIN and fill. They performed a transmission FLUSH and fill. A good mechanic would know the difference.
The quality of customer service has gotten worse in the past year, and we have left disappointed the past 2 times we needed service there.
We had very good service. I needed an oil change and they saved me a trip back to Ft. Morgan by getting my car in on the way home from the airport in Denver. The only draw back was that I needed a cabin filter replaced and they didn’t have it in stock. Otherwise, no complaints!

I was happy with the service I received when I got an oil change. I told them I was leaving on a long trip the next week and they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle. On the morning I was taking off on the trip I found a huge black puddle of oil under my car. It was a Sunday so I couldn't contact McDonald. My husband found that the plug on the oil pan was loose. When he checked the oil, it was empty. He had to put over four quarts in it.
If you’re looking for outstanding honest and trustworthy service, look elsewhere. This new staff at the service department are only out to make a buck. They don’t care about the customer and service advisor Loren will lie to save his own skin. The sales and parts staff are incredible at this location, however service is horrid.
Toyota has always been great to myself and my family! Marisela has sold us three different vehicles and has been patient in selling them to us now and in the past. Never was pushy and has answers for all our questions! Also a big thank you to Richard.
My 10,000 mile oil change went smoothly. They also rotated my tires and washed my car. The check-in and out was quick and efficient. I am very pleased with their service department.

Have not been keeping my service history updated. Seem to be blindly recommending maintenance items that may or may not be necessary. Losing my confidence.
They didn’t let us know the price of the car. They worked on the loan information first. If they wanted to check our credit score for they could have. Then let us see the car, longer then we got to. The full court press wasn’t appreciated! Also it was after hours. Let us come back the next day and go through the bank we had even if the interest rate was higher. Got the feeling that the dealership gets a percentage from the CCU. If this is the policy the company has I would recommend some changes.
They are just great friendly people always very helpful. And always do an excellent job.

A modern purchasing experience with old-school professionalism and service. They reminded me of why I'm a Toyota owner for life- the pride and quality of the product they represent. Purchased a 2025 4Runner Limited Hybrid on 5/13/25. Had numerous issues driving the 135 miles home from dealership. Checked tires & they were over inflated by 7 PSI on each tire. Deflated tires to 33 PSI per the door thru the week & it didn’t seem to help. On 5/21 took vehicle to Discount Tire to have tire pressures & tire condition checked out. I didn't want to take out a second mortgage on the house, but that's what it felt like for just coming in to get my Tacoma serviced and then replacing the spark plugs. I understand the making money part of this, but gouging is a whole different animal. So, I won't be coming back for any services from your dealer. I've been a loyal Toyota person for many years, and felt that I got screwed!!!
