Purchased a 2025 4Runner Limited Hybrid on 5/13/25. Had numerous issues driving the 135 miles home from dealership. Checked tires & they were over inflated by 7 PSI on each tire. Deflated tires to 33 PSI per the door thru the week & it didn’t seem to help. On 5/21 took vehicle to Discount Tire to have tire pressures & tire condition checked out. I didn't want to take out a second mortgage on the house, but that's what it felt like for just coming in to get my Tacoma serviced and then replacing the spark plugs. I understand the making money part of this, but gouging is a whole different animal. So, I won't be coming back for any services from your dealer. I've been a loyal Toyota person for many years, and felt that I got screwed!!!

The oil change service went well, the diagnostics let me know that the part was not working properly, The estimate is about $100 more than if I purchase the part through Toyota and not McDonald?

Very easy to work with. Brenton was very helpful answering all our questions about our 2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid.

Jaime was great. Got us into a payment we could live with. Our saleman was slow, input our credit info incorrectly which caused a delay. It should not take over 5 hours. Also noted alcohol on our salemans breath as he leaned in to ask me to give him a favorable review.

We worked with Andi Mooney to get the make, model and color Highlander Hybrid that we wanted. She was willing to work with us to find "our" Highlander when the Toyota dealerships in the Albuquerque area were not. She located "our" Highlander at another dealership and arranged a trade to have it delivered to McDonald Automotive when it was built. She kept us apprised of its status and pending arrival date. Rick Steph was obnoxious, calling me, hon, and trying to sell me the extended warranty when I already paid a premium for a Toyota Marisella was helpful and knowledgeable.

the service was good - the inside of my car on the seats was dirt when I got in don't know if someone set down with dirty pants or what. The service gal got my car mixed up with someone else's and I thought I had to have two more things done than I expected but it was the wrong car.

I paid them to install a towing hitch with a 2" receiver, a 7 pin connector cable, and a brake controller. They put a towing hitch with a 1.5" receiver, 4 pin connector and no brake controller. I let them know they made a mistake, and they apologized and sent a driver from Fort Morgan to Fort Collins to pick up my van bring it back to their dealership shop and fix it. Brenton went above and beyond for me. We had one car set and that didn’t work out so he worked hard to find me another one and it all worked out in the end!

I liked the vehicle but I was going through medical issues and after heavy thought I thought maybe I jumped to quick to purchase. I called and asked if I could possibly change my mind on my purchase and was told basically no. I also am putting money into it to fix problems I wasn’t told about. So I will next time shop elsewhere

This dealership is great. We called ahead about the vehicle that interested us and arrived to find that Marisela had the vehicle all ready for us to test drive. She was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle specifications nd answered all of our questions. Installed the wrong hitch and connector cable. When I called, they said they would make it right. They even had drivers come and picked it up in Fort Collins, bright it back to Fort Morgan to fix it, but then changed their minds, said they would lose money, so they won't make it right, and returned the vehicle with the wrong hitch and connector cable still installed and didn't refund me.

I took my car in because the electrical system was going haywire. They got me in almost right away, found a bad wire chewed on by rodents, and charged us one hour to fix. They also cleaned our vehicle before it was returned to us. Great service.

I have a 8am appt. First one here,(obviously), but 5 cars that came after me got in first. I relise they probably had the same time appt, but dumb. First come first serve. First impression


I went for service on a factory recall. I also had a por piece of trim replaced under warranty. Either the trim was the wrong size or it was installed incorrectly. I'm calling tomorrow to get it sorted out, if they follow through and fix it, I'll change my rating. Hopefully, the engine work they did isn't this bad. I really hate taking my car into a dealership for any maintenance work but unfortunately, it has to be done because of the warranty issue.

Service is working on our newly purchased van!

I recently drove an hour and a half out to this dealership to buy a used 4 runner. The experience was nothing less than excellent. I got a great deal on a really nice car. There was a minor issue with a fuse and they sent someone an hour to meet me to swap cars for a few days so they could make it right. I recommend anyone make the drive out there if you are looking for a good car. If you want great service talk to Landon Doiel!

McDonald Automotive Fort Morgan is a fantastic Toyota dealership, and Jaime is a trusted salesman there. He helped me purchase a 3rd generation Tundra in February of 2023, and I had a great experience.
