How does this review sound We had an outstanding experience purchasing our vehicle from McDonald Toyota. We worked with Travis and Marisela for over a year and a half, and throughout the entire process they were patient, professional, and never once pressured us to buy a car. Instead, they listened to exactly what we wanted and only sent us vehicles that matched our criteria. When the perfect vehicle finally became available, Travis and Marcella went above and beyond to make it happen. They had the vehicle transported from the Parker location all the way to Fort Morgan as quickly as possible so we could see it. After a short test drive, we knew it was the right car for us. One of our biggest concerns with buying a vehicle was spending hours at a dealership negotiating and completing paperwork. We told the team upfront that we wanted a fast, hassle-free car buying experience and hoped to be in and out in under an hour. They absolutely delivered. The finance manager was fantastic—he secured us an even better interest rate overnight, and by the time we arrived at 10:00 AM the next morning, every document was printed and ready to go. We signed, completed the process, and drove away in our new vehicle before 11:00 AM. This was truly a white-glove car buying experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service, no sales pressure, transparent communication, efficient financing, and a team that genuinely cared about making the process easy. If you’re looking for a trusted dealership to buy a new or used vehicle, I cannot recommend Travis, Marisela , and the entire team enough. This was hands down the best car dealership experience we’ve ever had.

Service and parts at MC, FT Morgan are great! However the director of sales or store manager would rather climb a tree than tell you the truth. Very unlikely I will ever buy from them as long as Richard is there. Nor would I ever recommend it. He has no issue feeding you a line of xx.
